Okay so I was pretty good at keeping up with fashion week in New York, but somehow I managed to miss and day and it all went downhill from there. Completely missed all the live shows for Milan, and even Paris, so far.
BUT, because I've been proactive and finished my assignments early,  I had several hours to sift through the 130+ shows and pick out my favorites.
All this oversize clothing makes me so happy. Oversized coats, trousers, knits, and fur. Perfect. That being said I do love a good structured coat/blazer every now and then so I don't look like one giant ball of fabric.
Also, if you know me, A.F. Vandevorst this season is pretty much how I look during the winter. Minus the knee-high boots and dresses.
I'm also really glad to see the continuation of the mixing prints and patterns trend because I've only just started to venture out of my comfort zone and throw a few different prints/patterns together.
Looking like a kaleidoscope is so 2012/2013.

Think it may be time to start belting my jackets again
